Coach Houssam Farouk, originally Algerian with Tunisian nationality, has lived in the UAE for 25 years. He holds a degree in sports and physical education, along with certifications in bodybuilding coaching from Joe Weider Academy and nutrition from Flex Academy. With 29 years of experience, his major achievements include winning the Gold Medal and the Mr. Olympia Masters Open Weight Title, alongside a Bronze Medal in the 212 category at Mr. Olympia Masters. He also secured the Masters Open title in Romania, alongside Kamal Elgargni. He trains celebrities, politicians, and elites, offering both in-person and online coaching for competition prep and fitness goals.
